Raising Awareness One Push-Up at a Time
From 4 June to 26 June, students and staff at Open Access College are taking part in the Push-Up Challenge, aiming to complete 3,214 push-ups in 23 days鈥攐ne for each life lost to suicide in Australia in 2023.
This initiative raises awareness around mental health, with each day鈥檚 push-up target linked to an important mental health statistic.
We鈥檙e proud to have 6 91自拍 teams participating, made up of both students and teachers, and we鈥檝e set a fundraising goal of $500 for Lifeline.
