Who is this course for?

Students interested in photography and learning to use image manipulation software such as Photoshop to edit their photographs and create digital artworks.

What will I learn?

There are two topics in this course:

  • Photography - Take photos and transform them into works of art using Photoshop or Paint.NET
  • Digital Art and Animals - Image Manipulation using animals as a source of inspiration. Work is all done in digital format using either Photoshop or Paint.NET

How will I be assessed?

Assessment will be based on the Australian Curriculum, Visual Arts achievement standard.

Students will be assessed through:

  • Weekly skills tasks
  • Two major artworks
